Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 26, 2026 | Legal Jurisdiction: Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India

By accessing or interacting with the Xplofy platform framework, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these structural terms, please do not use our services.

1. Corporate Structure & Product Scope

Xplofy is a proprietary digital platform asset engineered, owned, and operated by Kalbhyx Private Limited (CIN: U62099OD2025PTC050329). The platform is currently in an active pre-launch phase. All alpha functionalities, token generation processes, and engineering frameworks are provided strictly for evaluation purposes.

2. Proprietary Intellectual Property

The entire platform infrastructure—including but not limited to the X-Pulse cognitive engine, source layouts, code blocks, visual interface styling overlays, brand signatures, and vector asset parameters—is the exclusive intellectual property of Kalbhyx Private Limited. You are strictly prohibited from parsing or attempting to extract codebase metrics via automation routines.

3. Early Access Verification Tokens

The alpha access strings issued upon waitlist submission (containing standard prefixes like XP-) are non-transferable, temporary platform identifiers. They do not constitute guaranteed future access configurations, financial instruments, or equity claim boundaries inside Kalbhyx Private Limited.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Xplofy layout interface environment is served strictly on an "As Is" footprint model. Kalbhyx Private Limited holds no accountability for third-party service latency vectors, connection anomalies, or data transmission drops tied directly to backend intermediaries like Formspree or Google monitoring applications.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, under the framework of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any legal conflicts, claims, or regulatory procedures emerging directly from platform layout interactions will drop under the exclusive statutory jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
